What it's like inside the gate, and what's close by.
Park City is locally owned. The gate closes at night and the streets stay quiet. When we ask the people who have a place here what they like most, the answer is almost always the same: the sense of community and the security they feel here. A lot of them came from parks that were bought up by big companies, and they'll tell you the difference.
Lots run 40'×50', with larger 40'×75' sites for the biggest rigs. Every one has 20/30/50 amp service, water, sewer, and groundskeeping included.
Open to everyone in the park.
Bring a paddle. There's usually a game going.
Bring the dogs. Up to two pets per site.
The gate closes at night. Paved streets throughout the park.
Tiled bathhouse with hot showers, laundry on site.
A gym on site, so you can get a workout in without leaving the park.
The streets are paved and lit at night, so a walk after dinner or a golf cart ride to a neighbor's place is easy. The gate closes after dark.
Swansboro is five minutes away, with restaurants right on the waterfront. Hammocks Beach State Park and the ferry to Bear Island are about fifteen minutes. Emerald Isle, the Aquarium, and Fort Macon are all a short drive, and there's a boat launch on the Intracoastal a couple of miles from the gate. This is an old fishing community, and it still feels like one.
Park City RV Preserve is for those looking for a quiet community that's close to the coast and an easy drive to all the fun things the Crystal Coast offers, while having a beautiful, safe second home that you can come visit or stay a while.
The best way to know if it's right for you is to walk the park. Call or send us your info and we'll set up a time. We call everyone back the same day.
