The same application you'd fill out at the office, online. It takes about ten minutes. We'll call you the same day to go over it.

Before you start

Fill out what applies to you and leave the rest blank. A separate application is required for every occupant 18 or older, except a spouse. There is a non-refundable application fee, and approval includes standard background and credit checks. We collect Social Security and driver's license numbers in person at the office, not on this page.

I understand this is an application to rent an RV Space and does not constitute a rental or lease agreement in whole or part. If application is approved and I decided to rent a space at PARK CITY RV PARK, LLC, I agree to be bound by the terms of the attached agreement and by the park rules and regulations. Any questions regarding rejected applications must be submitted in writing and accompanied by a self-addressed envelope.
