Not everyone owns an RV, and not everyone wants to pull one. A park model home gives you a real bedroom, a full kitchen, and a deck, on a lot inside the park. Bogue RV, our on-site dealership, sells them and sets them up, so the home, the lot, and the setup are all handled in one place.
