Most of the people who lease here sign an annual lease and use it for weekends, holidays, and the summer. Your deck, your grill, and your golf cart stay right where you left them, so there's no towing and no setup when you get in on a Friday night.
Lots run 40'×50', with larger 40'×75' sites for the biggest rigs. Every site has 20/30/50 amp service, water, sewer, and groundskeeping included.

At most parks the rate goes up at renewal and you don't find out how much until it's time. We're locally owned, and we can lock your rate in for three years. Ask us about it when you visit.

Annual site leases start at $5,200 per year, with our largest lots at $6,500. Rates exclude electricity and sales tax. Ask us about locking in your rate for three years.
Yes. Seasonal sites run $800 per month in winter and $1,400 per month in summer, excluding electricity and sales tax.
Eight miles to the oceanfront, 2.2 miles to an Intracoastal boat launch, and five minutes to downtown Swansboro. The park itself sits on quiet high ground outside the flood zone.
Park models, destination trailers, fixed travel trailers around 30 to 35 feet, and Class A, B, and C motorhomes are all welcome. Not sure where your unit lands? See acceptable units or just ask.
