We're located just outside Swansboro, NC, which gives you a quiet space that's only minutes from everything the Crystal Coast has to offer. Our lots are oversized to give you all the room you need, so you can truly enjoy our safe, quiet community.
Annual and seasonal site leases on oversized lots. Most of our folks sign an annual lease and come out on weekends, holidays, and through the summer.
Sites & rates →We keep a few sites open for overnight stays, two nights minimum. It's five minutes to downtown Swansboro and about fifteen to the beach.

See the homes →Lots run 40'×50', with larger 40'×75' sites for the biggest rigs. Every one has 20/30/50 amp service, water, sewer, and groundskeeping included.
